Paul McCartney Weds American Heiress Nancy Shevell

Sir Paul McCartney is once again a married man. He and girlfriend Nancy Shevell became husband and wife yesterday in London. Ending days of wedding preparation the former Beatles singer wed the business woman in a private civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall, which was opened especially for the occasion, as fans and paparazzi waited outside to a get glimpse of the newlyweds. The couple was even showered with confetti by adoring fans, how cute. Although a lot of the details of the wedding are being kept under wraps we do know a few important details, such as what designer the bride wore. Shevell wore a very simple but yet elegant gown designer by her now stepdaughter Stella McCartney. The reception was held at their home in the St. John?s neighborhood. USA Today reports that Paul?s younger brother Mike served as best man, while his 7-year-old daughter Beatrice, with Heather Mills, was the flower girl.
