The Hangover 2 Producers Sued For Mike Tyson Face Tattoo Ripoff

If you've seen The Hangover, you know Mike Tyson has a small, but pivotal and hilarious role. He's not in the sequel, but if you've seen The Hangover 2 previews, you know his infamous face tattoo is - when Ed Helms wakes up with it.

The guy who tattooed Tyson in real life years ago is unamused.

The Hangover 2 Clip - Where Are We?

S. Victor Whitmill claims he created AND copyrighted the tat he affixed to Mike Tyson's face in 2003, and is suing Warner Bros. in federal court.

Whitmill says he's never allowed anyone to use the image and that the studio violated his copyright by using it on a hung over Helms in the film.

In addition to wanting the scenes cut from the film (don't bet on it) Whitmill is also demanding a cash settlement of an undisclosed amount.

No comment yet from Tyson, who remains certifiably nuts for having that design - however artistic - tattooed on his face. His face.

Britney Spears 'Comes Alive' In The Studio, will.i.am Says

'She was like a little kid,' the 'Big Fat Bass' producer recalls to MTV News of giddy, 'giggling' Spears.
By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Sway Calloway

When will.i.am hit the studio with Britney Spears for her Femme Fatale track "Big Fat Bass," the producer and Black Eyed Peas frontman said the singer was completely engrossed in the recording process.

"[I discovered] her love for music. I never seen anyone, like, come alive, full of excitement and giggling and laughing behind the mic," will recalled to MTV News. "She was like a little kid when she was recording the song and it just brought the whole atmosphere, it changed the whole atmosphere when someone really loves music. So it was great working with her."

Spears expressed a similar sentiment about recording her chart-topping album during her recent "I Am the Femme Fatale" MTV special, which featured a cameo by will.i.am, who was finishing up the party track at the time.

"When you're in the studio, you're just really focused, you're really in your head and in your ears and on the notes," she explains in the show. "And when you're performing, it's more a connection on the outside and more of — like a tiger and more in your body."

Both Brit and will are now industry vets so the BEP singer said he didn't have much advice for the star.

"When someone's excited to go out and just do it, what advice? You don't need no advice. She's just turned on right now. She is [like], 'I like this part right here.' When I say [on the song], 'You all better get ready for the kick drum,' she was already anticipating what she was going to do onstage when that beat broke down," he explained. "Adding that type of perspective ... when we we're recording it, you don't need to give nobody [like Britney] advice."

What's your favorite Femme Fatale track? Tell us in the comments!

Robert Rodriguez Says 'Spy Kids 4' Was Inspired By Jessica Alba's Diaper Duty

When you think of Robert Rodriguez, you're more likely to think of him as the guy responsible for highly stylized blood-filled thrillers like "Planet Terror," "Predators" and "Sin City." Ne-Yo Defends Beyonce 'Dis' Statements

'I'm tired of being nice to dumb people. ... Bottom line, Beyonce is my friend,' 'Irreplaceable' songwriter tweets.
By Jocelyn Vena

Ne-Yo
Photo: Mawuse Ziegbe/ MTV News

When a comment from Ne-Yo hit the Internet in which the songwriter said that he wished he could have kept the Beyoncé hit "Irreplaceable" for himself, some took it as a dis to the star.

"One song that I gave away and didn't want to, but it's actually a good thing that I did, is Beyonce's 'Irreplaceable'. I honestly wrote that song for myself, but that song taught me a very interesting lesson: Many women don't think that differently. ... However, a man singing it comes across a little bit misogynistic, a little bit mean," Ne-Yo, who wrote the song, said in an interview.

When it was implied on Twitter that Ne-Yo was dissing the Sasha Fierce star with his comments, the singer/songwriter defended himself. "Aiight my dude. Send me the link to where I said ANYTHING disrespectful about Beyonce, PLEASE! Dying to hear this," he wrote. "Just heard the audio where I supposedly dissed Beyonce. ARE Y'ALL SERIOUS!?! Did y'all even listen to what I said!?!"

Ne-Yo then continued to tweet his anger toward those who misunderstood what he said. "I said I originally wrote the song for me. That's true, so OF COURSE I didn't want to give it away originally. IT WAS FOR ME," he wrote. "Once I realized how the song comes across if sung by a guy, that's when I decided to give it away. HOW IS THAT DISSING BEYONCE!?! She took the song and made it a smash, NOBODY can deny that ...

"You know what? At first I was apologetic about what the hacker said, now that I've heard the audio myself, not so much," he continued. "Y'all should listen a lil' harder before you start dissin' people. Makes you look real dumb. I'm tired of being nice to dumb people. ... Bottom line, Beyonce is my friend. To HELL with anybody that ain't SMART enough to understand what I truly meant."

Do you think Ne-Yo was dissing Beyoncé with his comments? Tell us below.

Let the cultural baptism begin, little monsters. Lady Gaga is set to release her "Judas" video the week of May 2 on "American Idol." Interscope Records made the announcement on its Twitter account, adding that more details would be on the way.

The video was co-directed by Mother Monster and her creative director, Laurieann Gibson. And, Gibson has made it clear that this video will have everyone talking.

"It's a phenomenal video: really powerful, really impactful," Gibson commented. "She's such a strong, committed artist. Her loyalty to me is something I will be forever grateful for. We're spiritually connected.

"We need each other ... and 'Judas' is ultimately a representation of our true bond."

Gaga will play Mary Magdalene, with Norman Reedus as Judas.

"I will tell you now, first off, I'm Christian, and my career is evidence of God in my life," Gibson said. "And I think that most people are already thinking that Gaga and the blasphemy and they're premeditating the approach, and I think they'll be very shocked to find out how huge and really groundbreaking the message is and how freeing the message is for all the right reasons. And it's really going to shock the world."

For those who can't wait that long, Gaga is set to perform the track on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday. It's not the only TV performance Gaga has lined up to get her fans excited for the May 23 release of Born This Way: Last week, it was announced that Gaga would perform on the May 21 episode of "Saturday Night Live," hosted by Justin Timberlake.

She'll also make a May 27 appearance on "Good Morning America" that will kick off the show's summer concert series, and the premiere of Gaga's highly anticipated HBO special, which was taped at New York's Madison Square Garden in February, will be May 7.

"JUDAS is about forgiveness and perseverance through struggle," Gaga tweeted on Easter Sunday. "Persevere today!"

Which of Gaga's upcoming TV appearances are you most excited for? Tell us in the comments below!

Guide to British Noble Titles

Guide to British Noble Titles

Today it was announced that newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton will officially be known as the duke and duchess of Cambridge. But what, exactly, does that mean -- not to mention how do you decipher who's who on the royal wedding guest list? Find out, with the help of our a handy guide to British royal titles:

King: Male ruler of a kingdom.

Queen: Female ruler of a kingdom.

Prince: Ruler of a principality, which is a sovereign state; the title is granted (and can be revoked) by the sovereign.

Princess: A title generally held by either the daughters of a British sovereign, the male-line granddaughters of a British sovereign or the wife of a British prince.

Duke: A member of the nobility, historically of highest rank below the monarch, and historically controlling a duchy, which is a specific territory.

Duchess: The wife of a duke. (However, Camilla Parker Bowles is known as a duchess, a choice she made to avoid confusion with Prince Charles' first wife, Princess Diana.)

Marquess: A member of the nobility, traditionally a rank below duke. Though now obsolete, the distinction between an earl and a marquess used to be that a marquess' land, called a march, was on the border of the country, while an earl's land, called a county, often wasn't. A woman with the rank of marquess, or the wife of a marquess, is a marchioness.

Earl: A member of the nobility who ranks below a marquess and above viscount. In the 5th and 6th centuries, an earl collected fines and taxes and in return was entitled to a third of the money collected. Present day titleholders take their names from towns, mountains or surnames.

Viscount: A member of the nobility who ranks below an earl. The title originally referred to a person who served as a deputy or lieutenant of a count, or the sheriff of a county. Current titleholders usually take their name from a place, a surname or a combination of both.

Lord, Lady: Generally, any noble member except a duke or duchess is referred to as a lord (male) or lady (female) as are the children, former wives and other close relatives of the nobility.

Master: At one time used for men of rank, it now primarily is used for boys generally younger than 13 in formal correspondence, particularly invitations to formal events.

Sir: The formal reference for a knight and used with the full name, but not with the surname alone ("Sir Elton John," but not "Sir John"). A knighthood today recognizes significant contributions to national life and includes such people as actors, scientists, school leaders and industrialists. The female equivalent is a dame.

Paris Hilton and Cy Waits?Courthouse Attack!

Wow, what a day for the heiress and her boy toy. With Cy Waits in tow, Paris Hilton was on her way to court to go face to face with the man who allegedly invaded her home! Instead, the dominant duo came head to head with a crazy creeper of a fool who apparently was out to get Cy! Take that! In an effort to protect his future wife-to-be (at least in his deranged fantasy la la land), a man by the name of James Rainford, claims that he asked the hotel princess for her hand in marriage and that she supposedly happily accepted…ha, only in your dreams, man! After seeing his woman with another man, this is what apparently set him off, taking the matter Cy into his own hands. Witnesses say that Rainford allegedly grabbed Waits by the neck as the celebrity couple made their way through the crowd outside Van Nuys courthouse. For what was supposed to be d day for the socialite, it turned out, Hilton’s boyfriend was the center of someone’s animosity. This is when their security team took the mad man down to China-town and the rest is history. For now, the attacker is [...]

'Breaking Dawn' Sex Scene 'Feels Like Real Love Scene,' Kristen Stewart Says

Sex was 'not necessarily vampire-y, which is good,' actress tells Entertainment Weekly.
By Jocelyn Vena

Not that it hasn't already started, but let the countdown to "Breaking Dawn" begin! In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, Twi-hards are getting an in-depth look at the films, the first of which opens later this year.

"We shot everything — whether it's the lovemaking or the childbirth — as potent and powerful as it can be," director Bill Condon explains in the new issue. "It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe."

Of course, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson star in some of the most anticipated scenes in the upcoming movies. One of those is the long-awaited sex scene between Bella and Edward, stills of which hit the Internet, much to the dismay of those involved with making the film. "It feels like a real love scene, not necessarily vampire-y, which is good," Stewart said.

Fans are also eager to see how Bella's painful birth scene will be played out. "It's funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it's all about the sex," the actress said. "The birth is really effective, and I've heard it really hits you in the face. But what could it have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that's how it was written in the book. ... I would have loved to have been puking up blood."

Mostly, though, audiences will be excited to see the "Breaking Dawn" wedding scene, the moment that leads to all those others. "It was one of the coolest things that I've done," Stewart recalled. "There was a certain point when I walked on set, and I saw everyone from the entire cast sitting there in the pews, about to do their bit. And it was just so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming."

The magazine also features some exclusive photos from the movie. Those shots include intimate moments between Jacob and Bella, photos of the Denali clan and one of Jacob running through the rain. (With a shirt on — sorry, ladies!)

"Everybody is always complaining to me that I don't have to wear the contacts, I don't have to wear the white makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I'm like, 'I'm the one in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt!' " Taylor Lautner says in the issue. "I paid my dues in 'New Moon' and 'Eclipse.' "

Sure, Bella and Edward have some big moments in these flicks, but Jacob also meets the love of his life, their baby girl, Renesmee. "There were many times I walked up to Stephenie [Meyer] and asked her, 'What exactly is imprinting?' " Lautner said. "It's still a very confusing thing for me, so don't ask."

Let's Move Your Body: Beyonce Releases Video For Michelle Obama Weight Loss Campaign!

Beyonce wants you to "Move Your Body" and be healthy!

This remixed version of B's hit "Get Me Bodied" and accompanying video was created to benefit Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign.

The First Lady's initiative campaign to fight obesity has drawn criticism from Sarah Palin (but what hasn't). Beyonce is all for it, though.

Watch the singer break it down in a school cafeteria, wearing short shorts and knee socks and promoting healthy eating and exercise!

Beyonce - Move Your Body (For the Let's Move Campaign)

The video will be distributed to junior high schools across the country to, as B puts it, promote the benefits of living and eating well.

Beyonce said of the video that "What we want to do is make it fun by doing something that we all love to do, and that's dance."

Dance she will - and so will schools across the country, who will perform the dance moves during a broadcast on Tuesday, May 3!

Pretty cool, right? Between this and the release of President Obama's birth certificate, it's been a good day for the First Family.

Ke$ha Will Guest-Star On Nick's 'Victorious'

'It was really fun to film,' Victoria Justice says of the 'Blow' singer's cameo.

Ke$ha
Photo: Fotonoticias/ Getty Images

Ke$ha will make an appearance on the hit Nickelodeon series "Victorious." And while the role won't have the pop singer stretching her acting muscle too much — she'll be playing herself — someone else in the Sebert (that's her real last name) clan also is getting in on the action.

Ke$ha will be joined on the episode of the sitcom by her little brother, Louie. The plot will revolve around Tori (Victoria Justice) and her pals trying to win a contest to go to a Ke$ha concert. The gang must piece together golden tickets in order to win their chance to see the "Blow" singer in a private gig.

It seems that 11-year-old Louie provides the winning piece so that they can watch the glittered one perform the aforementioned track.

"It's a private concert, and yeah, I will say that the costumes are awesome and there's definitely lots of glitter," Justice told EW.com, which first reported on the episode. "It was really fun to film. It's the first time on my show that we've had a successful radio artist perform on the show. Ke$ha's kind of edgier, and I think that it's cool to bring that element to the show."

"Victorious" made its big debut last spring. When MTV News caught up with Justice at that time, the teen actress was excited about the interesting plot possibilities the show's premise provides.

"I play a girl named Tori Vega and she's kind of suddenly accepted to this performance arts high school, and from there it's her dealing with all these crazy characters that go there and normal teen problems, like trying to fit in and cute boys," Justice explained. "I also get to perform original music and sing and dance. [That] makes it a lot of fun."

Are you excited to see Ke$ha and her little brother on "Victorious"? Tell us in the comments.

Dave Grohl, Josh Homme, John Paul Jones Unveil Supergroup

Them Crooked Vultures make their debut with a post-Lollapalooza set.
By James Montgomery

Dave Grohl (file)
Photo: Jewel Samad/AFP/Getty Images

Officially, Lollapalooza ended Sunday night in Chicago's Grant Park, with dueling sets from the Killers and Jane's Addiction. Unofficially, it ended very early Monday morning, across town at venerable rock club the Metro, with a surprise show by Them Crooked Vultures.

To the unfamiliar, the Vultures might seem like an odd choice to close out Lolla weekend ... until you realize that they're made up of Foo Fighters frontman/ former Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age mastermind Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin legend John Paul Jones. And their gig at the Metro was their world premiere.

According to some reports, the Vultures actually turned down Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell's request to replace the Beastie Boys as headliners at the festival, opting to debut in front of some 1,100 super-psyched fans at the Metro, rather than 75,000 in Grant Park (tickets for the gig were announced via Foo Fighter/ QOTSA fan clubs). Meaning that, in a lot of ways, this was the most sought-after ticket in town.

Taking the stage just after midnight, the Vultures — Grohl on drums (of course), Homme on guitar and vocals, Jones on bass and keys and frequent QOTSA contributor Alain Johannes on guitar — ripped through 12 songs in 80 minutes, all taken from their upcoming debut, which may or may not be called Never Deserved the Future, and may or may not be hitting stores on October 23 (early "promo" videos touting both those facts were revealed over the weekend to be hoaxes perpetrated by QOTSA fans).

The songs, with appropriately Homme-ian titles like "Scumbag Blues," "Mind Eraser (No Chaser)," "Caligulove" and "Interlude w/Ludes," sounded pretty much how you'd expect, given the band's pedigree. They rocked, hard — Chicago Tribune critic Greg Kot described them as "fresh, invigorating and just plain nasty" — delving off into psychedelic, reverb-filled excursions and exploring proggy territory, "both of the old-school Yes variety, and the more modern Tool flavor," according to the Chicago Sun-Times' Jim DeRogatis.

It's not known if Monday's Metro performance was a one-off event for the Vultures — there have been whispers of a full-blown tour, but a spokesperson for Homme had not responded to MTV News' request for comment at press time. Nor was it clear whether or not they'll have an album out in October.

Early Monday, a Crooked Vultures Twitter account, which had previously posted links to the band's official-looking Web site and the Metro's online ticketing site — posted a link to what appears to be the group's first bit of official merchandise: a Deserve the Future T-shirt. Cost: $30.

Beyonce Gets Fierce In Promo Shot For New Single

Singer looks as if she's channeling Grace Jones in photo for girl-power anthem.
By Jocelyn Vena

Beyoncé (file)
Photo: James Devaney/ WireImage

Editor's note: Since publishing this story, it has come to our attention that the photo assumed to be of Beyoncé for her new single is actually a fake.

She may have retired Sasha Fierce, but that doesn't mean she's any less fierce. Beyoncé's promo shot for her girl-power anthem, possibly titled "Girls (That Rule the World)," has hit the Internet.

In the close-up, black-and-white snapshot, Beyoncé looks as if she's channeling Grace Jones. Her hair is pulled back sleekly, her mouth is slightly open and her black liquid eye makeup is done up in a funky cat-eye style. She appears to be nude and is wearing black nail polish. The shot first appeared on Twitter. The question "Who run the world?" appears on the poster, with the tease, "Coming Soon."

The photo comes as more and more shots of the music video for the song have hit the Web. On Wednesday, Beyoncé was seen on the set looking like the queen of her own country, with a gigantic crown and flag with the initial "B" on it.

Just a day before, Beyoncé made headlines when she was spotted on a music video set wearing a white Givenchy jumpsuit, faux-hawk and sunglasses. The video will reportedly be directed by Francis Lawrence, who worked with Beyoncé in her Destiny's Child days. He's also worked with Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and Pink.

On Thursday, a snippet of the track leaked. It's a feisty club-thumper about the power of being female.

"Love it how we're smart enough to make these millions, strong enough to bear the children, then get back to business," she sings. "Please, you better not play me. Oh, come here, baby/ Hope you still like me, if you pay me."

The tease certainly fit Bey's previous description of the album's vibe. "Well, I wouldn't say I'm inventing a new genre," Beyoncé explained. "I'm mixing every type of genre that I love, and I'm inspired by every type of genre. ... I'm not in a box. It's not R&B. It's not typically pop. It's not rock. It's just everything I love all mixed together in my own little gumbo of music."

Ke$ha Says Her Own Britney-Style All-Girl Tour Will Be All Guys

'Blow' singer is psyched for the summer leg of her Get $leazy Tour with Spank Rock, LMFAO.

There's certainly something to be said for girl power. Ke$ha felt it when she hit the road with Rihanna last year, when the two apparently engaged in a variety of high jinks, including some alleged backstage pillow fights.

But when MTV News caught up with the glitter-soaked party girl on Wednesday just hours before her show at New York's Roseland Ballroom and asked her who she might bring along if she were able to put together a Britney Spears-style all-girl tour, Ke$ha didn't hesitate to name her posse.

Sitting cross-legged on a couch in black tights, black cowboy boots, black leather gloves and sleeveless black rocker T-shirt, Ke$ha told us that her all-girl lineup would actually be, well, all guys. "All-girl fantasy tour?" she said, staring up at the ceiling for a moment and contemplating the idea. "I mean, I play nice with chicks. I actually put together my personal fantasy tour and I just announced the second leg of my Get $leazy Tour and that's gonna be: me and LMFAO and Spank Rock."

And while the upcoming outing will be light on the estrogen — much like the first leg of her $leazy tour, on which she is sharing the stage with party-rap dude Beardo — Ke$ha insisted that it still will offer what her fans have come to expect from her shows. "It's not an all-girls tour, but it's gonna be f---ing sleazy," she maintained.

That macho vibe has been on display during to the winding-down first leg of the $leazy fest, which Ke$ha has nicknamed the "I Can Do Whatever We Want Tour." So, what kind of perks come with being a first-time headliner? "Blasting glitter violently at people, even if they don't want it," said Ke$ha. "It's like they don't even have a choice. It is a little volatile, but I do it anyways. I feel like people know me for my glitter and I don't want to disappoint."

Are you planning to see Ke$ha on the next leg of her Get Sleazy tour? Tell us in the comments.

Is Beyonce Prepping Her Next Music Video?

Photos and reports surface of a B video shoot featuring couture fashion and 200 dancers.

Last week a photo appeared on NYMag.com of Beyoncé, dressed in a blue Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit and a funky maroon fur coat, reportedly shooting a video in New Jersey for her forthcoming studio album.

A rep for the singer never returned MTV News' request for comment and now, nearly two weeks later, details about the video shoot are being revealed. According to Ace Showbiz, the video will be directed by music video auteur Francis Lawrence, who has gone behind the lens for Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Pink and Bey's former girl group, Destiny's Child.

Rumor has it that 200 African dancers and eight choreographers were hired for the clip. According to several online message boards, auditions for dancers were held in Los Angeles. Fan sites such as BeyonceDaily.com have posted blurry pictures that appear to show the singer on the set of the video, which is reportedly for the song called "Girl."

In the snapshots, Beyoncé's hair is done up in a faux-hawk, and she's wearing a white jumpsuit and sunglasses. The outfit is reportedly Givenchy couture.

The song is a "female empowerment/girl power type of song that is a definite club banger with Top 40/Worldly appeal," according to one commenter who talked about the open call after his friend attended. "The beat is driven by a sample of a popular club song that a lot of you will probably recognize. There's a breakdown in the song that is described as absolutely disgustingly sick! Definitely an anthem in the style of her singing." The post also backs up the claim that there will be upwards of 200 dancers in the video.

Rumors are floating around that Beyoncé's new album may drop this June. Sony Music Australia boss Denis Handlin told The Telegraph in Australia that "it was just amazing." He added that while he was in New York, the star herself was on hand to play some of the new music.

"She came in and played us six tracks from the album. She wants to do a big tour off the back of this record, which will include Australia," he explained. "These songs, the best description I can give is groundbreaking; she's gone to another level."

Over the course of recording the new album, Beyoncé has been rumored to hit the studio with a number of big industry names like Diplo, Sleigh Bells and Kanye West's producer S1. When she spoke to MTV News last November, she made it clear that sonically she was thinking outside the box.

"Well, I wouldn't say I'm inventing a new genre," Beyoncé explained. "I'm mixing every type of genre that I love and I'm inspired by every type of genre. ... I'm not in a box. It's not R&B. It's not typically pop. It's not rock. It's just everything I love all mixed together in my own little gumbo of music."

Zeta-Jones Opens Up About Bipolar Disorder

Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has opened up about her diagnosis of bipolar disorder at a mental-health clinic in recent months. The wife of Michael Douglas said she hopes to help raise awareness about the disease as well as help fellow sufferers seek treatment. Admitted to a mental-health clinic after deciding she needed help with depression, the actress said she never quite recovered from her husband’s cancer diagnosis. Now, she says she’s risking the public exposure in order to reach out to others. Brave woman! ?This is a disorder that affects millions of people and I am one of them. If my revelation of having bipolar II has encouraged one person to seek help, then it is worth it. There is no need to suffer silently, and there is no shame in seeking help,?? said the actress Zeta-Jones was diagnosed with a bipolar II, which is a less extreme version of the classic bipolar I disorder. Signs of the disease include emotional cycling between extreme happiness and depression. I personally had no idea that someone could develop the disease as a result of a traumatic incident! A friend of Catherine’s said she noticed the actress’s behavior start to change after Douglas’ diagnosis. [...]

Happy 4/20 From THG's Top 10 Celebrity Stoners!

It's 4/20, baby. You know what that means, right? THG does.

Well, sort of. The origins of 420 are hotly debated, but no matter where the term came from, people associate it with smoking massive amounts of weed!

As such, the 20th day of April has become a de facto holiday.

With that in mind, The Hollywood Gossip salutes 10 famous individuals who have been known to puff the herb from time to time. Some even inhale ...

Bill Clinton: I Never Inhaled

10. Bill Clinton. As President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton presided over the largest peacetime economic expansion in American history.

But boy, was he a terrible liar. The Lewinsky debacle was technically worse (what with perjury charges and all), but "I didn't inhale" was pretty legendary.

9. Jeff Bridges. He played The Dude! Enough said, really. But to further our argument for his inclusion, we suggest reading these Big Lebowski quotes.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Smoking a Joint

8. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Okay, so the only reason he's on this list is because of the above video. Watch it and you'll understand why pretty quickly.

7. Cheech & Chong. When your Wikipedia bio you're best known for routines "based on the hippie and free love era, and especially drug culture movements, most notably their love for cannabis," you're pretty much a lock for this list.

Zach Galifianakis Smokes Weed on Bill Maher

6a. Bill Maher and Zach Galifianakis. The latter truly blazed new trails on late-night TV Friday as he produced and lit a joint on HBO with the former.

6b. Woody Harrelson. Hippie loves the hemp. And we heeded your calls!

Seth Rogen & James Franco Smoke Weed at MTV Movie Awards

5. The entire cast of Pineapple Express. Classic weed films abound, but this Judd Apatow vehicle from the modern day stoner crew takes the cake.

We could debate for hours on end which alternate films could have been included here, but our brain cells are just too depleted to care at this point.

Besides, check out James Franco and Seth Rogen's classic MTV Movie Awards appearance. That's some serious dedication to the cause, people!

Drug User!!!!!!

4. Michael Phelps. After absolutely smoking the competition in the 2008 Summer Olympics, the swimming legend made waves for ... well, see above.

You could say that Phelps took the most expensive hit ever, considering he lost at least one major sponsorship based on it. See what we did there?!

3. Willie Nelson. On 4/30, Nelson will turn 78, or approximately how many times he lights up per week. Hey, at least he's up front about it, unlike #10 on our list. Dude co-chairs the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws!

Snoop Dogg on 4/20

2. Snoop Dogg. Let's be blunt. If anyone here would roll up summa dat dank ass sticky-icky-icky and hook you up with some bubonic chronic right freaking now, it'd be Snoop D-O-Double-G. SMOKE WEED EVERY DAY! (RIP Nate Dogg).

Miley Cyrus Bong Video

1. Miley Cyrus. Okay, we realize it's unfair that the girl who tops our list wasn't even smoking marijuana, but rather a legal drug known as salvia.

Nevertheless, "Miley Cyrus bong video" was the top search term on THG for weeks on end. Eat your Mary Jane-loving hearts out, Snoop and Willie.

Did we miss your favorite(s) or not rank them *high* enough? Submit your own nominations for celebrity stoners by leaving a comment below, man.

Brooke Mueller Keeps Custody of Twins Despite Drug Relapse

A decision has been reached in the Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen custody battle that keeps little Bob and Max with their mom, despite the fact that she is back in rehab. Wow those poor boys! Can someone please tell me what the heck the judge was thinking leaving custody of the twins with Brooke? I am not saying they should have gone to Charlie at all because they so shouldn?t have. Personally I think that it is time for a grandparent or respectable relative of some sort to step in because clearly neither Mueller or Sheen are competent enough to raise the kids. Both of them were present at the court hearing today as she was let out of rehab for it and Charlie left is disastrous tour to be present, oh how thoughtful of them both. I heard a rumor that Denise Richards offered to take the boys and quite honestly she is a much better choice than druggie Brooke and whacked out Charlie. I may have hated her reality show and she may have annoyed me but at least Denise puts her children first. She also seems to do a pretty good job of keeping them shielded [...]

TV Shows in Jeopardy: Could Your Favorite Be Canceled?

TV Shows in Jeopardy: Could Your Favorite Be Canceled?

It's not always easy being a TV fan. Networks urge you to check out a new show, and you comply. They entice you with promos of upcoming episodes, and you tune in again. You get invested. And then, once you're totally attached to a new show, they simply drop it.

We're at that time of year when TV execs need to place bets on what programming will draw the most viewers this fall. Guess what that means? They've got to decide which of their current shows (which they just got done promoting like crazy) to toss aside, in order to make room for some new attempts at hits.

Which shows are in jeopardy? According to TV Guide, the list includes some aging shows (that have been faltering for a while now) and lots of newish ones that just popped up this year. Depending on your TV tastes, here are some potential heartbreakers.

If you're a fan of ABC's Brothers & Sisters, brace yourself. Low ratings (and, some might say, creative decline) already put the show in jeopardy last year. Somehow they rallied and returned to the airwaves. But now in its fifth season, the show really seems to have had (and passed) its day in the sun. Still, if it does go away, it will be a sad goodbye. Sally Field has delivered great performances (she won an Emmy for her role as Nora, the Walker family matriarch). And ending Brothers & Sisters will put several talented actors, including Rachel Griffiths and Calista Flockhart, out of work. Of course, it will also give other shows a chance to snap them up.

CBS's long-beloved drama CSI:NY seems like an unlikely candidate for cancellation. But after moving to a Friday night time slot, the show hasn't been garnering its usual stellar ratings. CSI vets, it may be time to start the letter-writing campaign!

Despite rooting for the talented Matthew Perry to succeed in his latest attempt at primetime TV greatness, most critics have found ABC's Mr. Sunshine to be a disappointment. Even the fabulous Allison Janney hasn't been able to make up for the so-so jokes. And ABC didn't do the show any favors by parking it in the same time slot as American Idol. Oh, Matthew. We hope you get yet another shot, but maybe on another show?

Did you know that The CW's One Tree Hill is still on the air (and in its eighth season)? If you did, then you're a hardcore fan, because it's more likely you didn't. And that's not a good omen for the show to get picked up again. Then again, if it's made it under the wire for eight years, why not nine?

Does Outsourced deserve its place in NBC's must-see Thursday lineup? Most critics don't think so, and judging by the show's low ratings, viewers don't, either. If NBC has another new sitcom waiting in the wings, the network will (or at least should) shelve this one.

Also on the bubble are NBC's spy comedy Chuck (which in its four seasons on the air has already been saved from cancellation twice by fan campaigns in which they sent Subway sandwiches to the network -- seriously), the well-reviewed but low-rated Perfect Couples, Law and Order: Los Angeles, and the high-profile sci-fi serial The Event. Also on the chopping bloack are Fox's alien-invasion show V and CBS' freshman rom-sitcom Mad Love (starring American Pie's Jason Biggs and Scrubs' vet Sarah Chalke).

Which bubble shows will burst, and which will live to see another season? We'll know soon enough.
